Disable entire RLcraft in Minecraft Forge?

I installed RLcraft through curseforge, but I don't launch Minecraft from curseforge, so I just copied all the files from the curseforge directory into my .minecraft directory and run RLcraft from forge 1.12.2. The problem is, I also have other mods, separate from RLcraft, that I wish to play. Is it possible to disable all of the RLcraft mods at once, instead of going down the list one by one and disabling it? If not, is it possible to change the modded Minecraft directory, so that I can make a separate directory for forge 1.12 specifically for RLcraft? Thanks in advance.
