Ubuntu Not Detecting SSD

SADA operations is AHCI. And OS drive is not encrypted. If I click "advance partition" my SSD is detected but it wrongly states there is 256GB free when that is not true since my OS is on it. Sdb is my 1T hard drive, Sda is the 256G SSD. Please refer to the images to understand situation
